A Pictorial Gallery to show what we've been up to since July...

This is a photo of 'Our Herd' that will appear on our website once its completed! While John works outside Sherree is most often on the phone or at the computer with Relief Society, the Lowline business or working on our Clementine Ranch website. We want it to be up & running by the end of the year, since we'll be in Australia for the greater part of December, I'm on a deadline!

Sugar & Hope are actually quite good friends. Sugar is now 11 months old and still growing! We did a "Show n' Tell" with our Lowlines at the Small Farm Progress Day in October. It was in Auburn this year, so an easy gig.

A reunion with Sherree's 'Thorsfeldt cousins' - A girl's weekend get-away in Scottsdale, in October.

On a cruiser in Santa Barbara- a fun day!

Watching the girls so Dawn can get some alone time with Austin.

Terri, Laura & Sherree after Laura's Bridal Shower.

These photos are from way back in July when we had a family camping trip to Lake Berryessa in Napa Valley. We had a fun time boating and camping!

Okay! I've been tagged, so I'll comply.

7 Random things about me...
  1. I think I've become addicted to Sudoku.

  2. On Dr. Phil's test, my answers show that others see me as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see me as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. I’m not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends I do make and I expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know me, realize it takes a lot to shake my trust in my friends, but equally that it takes me a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken. Surprisingly, I think much of this is true.
So, "others", do you think this is true?

  3. I've been known to secretly count red licorice as a meal.

  4. Going to the ocean makes me feel like I've come home. I love the beach, I love the smell of the ocean, I love the fresh air.....I could go on & on. When I was young, as an avid surfer and beach goer, I thought I wanted to be an oceanographer because then I could work in the ocean. But then life went on and made different choices.

  5. In a totally different way, going to the temple makes me feel like I've come home. John & I go every Tuesday morning and it has been a huge blessing in my life. I love the Sacramento Temple. Because it is quite small there's a very intimate feeling there. It's a very special part of my week.

  6. I sleep on my right side and often don't move at all until I wake up - usually 6 hours later.

  7. I've had 2 nicknames in my youth - one given to me by my Dad, 'Pixie', probably cuz I was little and had a pug nose; and the other, 'Gidget' given to me by friends at school cuz I looked like Sally Field and she played Gidget on the TV series when I was a teenager.
